Guided Letting Go
Sessions are scheduled at a base rate of $200 per hour. You may qualify for group rates, package rates, or special rates offered at workshops. Teachers and military, active or retired, are welcome to receive a discount.
Initial private sessions last two hours. 90 minute sessions are available after the initial session. A group of three sessions is highly recommended.
Sessions include techniques to take, use, and integrate these helpful methods into your own practices.
Workshops

Method Training (Group)
Accessing permanent releases: practical technique and support classes. Group participation: reviewing and practicing the technique together on a weekly basis. Fees are nominal. Contact us.
